Having three children quickly one after another with little space to recover in between, I decided I needed some help to get my old body back and fit again.
I am not able to leave the house to go to the gym during the day as I have the children at home and spend most evenings doing the housework or sleeping so needed a programme which could fit in with my busy life. Carli was on hand 24/7 to answer any questions I had and was extremely supportive throughout. Even when I couldn't exercise, she still boosted me and never judged.
Weighing, measuring and taking photos of my body scared me to begin with but I soon learnt to love what I saw. She provided a detailed exercise plan, which I could do at home along with an eating programme with a handy app. Any questions I had, Carli answered immediately. If I had any problems, we tailored the programme.
I have tried a lot of diets and would describe myself as a bit of a faddy eater but this programme has educated me about food and health and has completely changed my thoughts on both. I have been completely shocked by the results. It has been really hard work especially with 3 children and the housework has needed to take the sidelines but it has all been worth it. I exercise with my children and love them seeing me as fit and motivated. We now dance together everyday and play sports in the garden. The whole family has benefited. Especially Daddy. I came to Carli after struggling to lose the baby weight from baby number 2. She took time to understand what I could commit to in terms of an exercise regime and came up with the perfect plan for me. The exercises consisted of HIIT programmes that I could complete while baby slept and running/exercises that I could do outside with him in the buggy. I got fit and the got fresh air so they were perfect for us. Carli also took time to put together a bespoke diet plan. When I reported back to her that I was struggling a bit with the plan, Carli didn't judge, she simply listened to what I had issues with and sent through a revised plan that was then much easier for me to follow. Carli was also on hand to offer diet tips and options for alternative foods to try to ensure I hit the macros each day. I still have a way to go to get to the weight I will be happy with but Carli has definitely set me on the right path to achieve my goal.
