It's also the key to unlocking your weightloss and body goal success, which is why I trained as a Nutrition Coach, to enable me to guide my PT clients (and those undertaking their own training) through these murky waters!

No fad diets, no juicing, no 'clean eating' - just evidence based and science led approach to meeting your goals.

The coaching is set up with an initial online ( Skype) consultation, in order to understand your current diet, lifestyle and relationship with food and to ascertain the level of coaching and contact required. 

 

I then provide you with a bespoke plan, with macronutrients and calories calculated specifically for your individual needs, alongside an easy to follow guide, recommended recipes and all the tools you will need to track your nutrition easily and efficiently.
