INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation allows us to get to know one another and to help determine your personal fitness goals as well as your current state of health. This session is important to every fitness programme you undertake as it gives both a starting point and a benchmark which we can measure your progress against.

What to expect:
- Range of Motion & flexibility testing
-Cardiovascular fitness testing
-Muscular strength & endurance testing
-Body composition tests to determine your body fat percentage
-Circumference measurements to determine your total inches
-Postural assessment

TRAINING ENVIRONMENT

Training can take place wherever you feel most comfortable. From your garden to local park, your home gym to living room, we can transform pretty much any space into the perfect training environment for you.

PROGRESS REVIEWS

Regular reviews will ensure you stay on track to meet your fitness goals and get the most out of your personal training sessions with me. We'll use full-body photos, measurements and fitness tests to chart your progress and tweak your programme as your fitness builds.

TRAINING WITH CARLI

All my training packages, whether we train together 1 on 1 or virtually using online support, will include an initial consultation and goal setting session, and regular progress reviews.
